Im currently in wenzhou By Wenzhou Railway station but I'm willing to travel, where would you recommend I find a clean place. I haven't used the hostel option yet and I'm very curious to finding some but it seems they are very limited. Again, no idea about the city you plan to visit, but in many bigger cities there are options with such as Indian restaurants.
It depends on your location and the routing to the destination server. Maybe try an VPN. There are many good and cheap food options in China as well as hotel options. Check sites like Ctrip. I want to be in shanghai for about days if everything goes as planned tomorrow. It is easy to find jobs in the US, as employer, it is not very difficult to find workers in the US, economy is booming, wages are raising fast, anyone willing to work can find a job, except those with no money but must stay in 5 stars hotels.

Most of the materials you're looking is located in Southern China Guangzhou , Shenzhen , etc where most of the manufacturing factories are located.
Even some of the wholesale places near Shanghai purchase stuff from Southern China. It's hard to visit places last minute because many factories are located all over China and it's a VERY big country. You need to do a ton of due diligence to find legit suppliers and middlemen. It's extremely tough if you don't have any "guanxi" over there.

Always be skeptical because they know you're a rookie off the bat and will try to rip you off. I never touch beef over there because it's expensive.
